We're looking for a highly organized and skilled professional to fill our Contract Administrator position. This position will provide organized, consistent, and effective project administrative support to our Project Management team, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping track of all project details, independently prioritizing tasks, and ensuring all deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for reviewing owner supplied contracts to understand terms and risks.

In charge of follow-up and execution of subcontractor contracts.

  • Obtain project specific insurance to fulfill requirements.
  • Input Schedule of Values (SOV) into ProCore.
  • Handle monthly billings; including inputting pay applications, sending out monthly billings, and updating billing spreadsheets for the next month.
  • Indexing and follow-up of all lien waivers.
  • Generate Professional Service Agreements (PSA).
  • Provides general administrative assistance as requested.
  • Assist other teams as needed.
  • Follow BCI standard Policies & Procedures.
  • Attends/Participates in Meetings as required.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned and as development progresses.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years in administrative work, preferably construction-related work
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, and utililzing web-based platforms
  • Knowledge of Project Management software, Bluebeam extreme (or equivalent) (preferred)
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks appropriately, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals.
  • Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others.
  • A strong moral compass (as best represented by our Core Values).
  • Desire for continued growth and development.
  • AIA Contract experience preferred, but not required.
